Refund Policy

At Velery we value our customers and want you to be happy and satisfied with your new Jewellery. If you're not happy we have a 14-day return policy for change of mind and faulty items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@velery.com.au , when your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Change of Mind
Unfortunately, for change of mind items we can not cover the shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For change of mind returns an online store credit will be issued. We don't offer refund on change of mind items. You can always contact us for any return questions at customerservice@velery.com.au. 


Damages and Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@velery.com.au if the item is defective or damaged,  with 3-4 photos of the faulty item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will then offer a replacement if available, exchange or refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on earrings, body piercing products or hair accessories unless it is a faulty item with a genuine manufacturing fault. We also can not refund or exchange gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (we can't issue a refund in other credit card/bank account other than the one where the purchase was made for the first time). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
